The HOBO Group, LLC is an investment group based out of Richmond, VA. Owners, Cyrus and Dot are a married couple who absolutely love each other and the real estate industry. As a couple and company their focus is to help others, especially those that are underserved.

We are beyond grateful for your visit and hope that our services can assist you. Cyrus and I started investing in real estate in 2013 with our first rental purchase and we haven’t looked back. Our goals are simple but they mean so much to us. We HOBO Properties. Help others buy, own, and sell; help restore communities; and help others achieve their dreams. This work is so meaningful to us and goes beyond the everyday real estate investment group.

Our foundation is built on love and the principles of giving and receiving it. When you work with us you’ll often find that we tangent off of real estate topics to focus on helping others’ topics. To be honest, if we can’t help someone along our journey then none of this means anything to us. What an amazing journey we are on!
